Welcome to Performance & Recovery Group! We're dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals with a schedule that fits your lifestyle. Whether you're an early riser or prefer afternoon workouts, we’ve got you covered.

Weekly Class Schedule

Monday – Friday

  • 5:00 AM – Start your day strong with our early bird class.

  • 6:00 AM – Crush your day & let the 5:00am class warm up the equipment for you.

  • 7:00 AM – A perfect time for those who want a bit more sleep but still crush their mornings.

  • 9:15 AM – Mid-morning sessions for those with flexible schedules or after-school drop-off warriors.

  • 5:00 PM – End your day with a focused session that sets the tone for the evening.

Saturday

  • 8:00 AM – A weekend special to jumpstart your Saturday with energy and momentum.

Class Details

  • Duration: All classes are 1 hour.

  • Coaching Staff: Our experienced coaches are here to guide you every step of the way. With years of expertise in functional fitness, nutrition, and muscle development, they provide personalized support to help you progress safely and effectively.
